Prime Season: Sunday before Thanksgiving through Saturday following.December 21st through January 3rd.
Our office is closed for CHECK INS on Thanksgiving Day and December 24 & 25
Peak Season:Holiday weekends, Second week in March through Thirdweekend in April, Third Friday in June through conclusion of Labor Day Weekend,
Second Friday in October through the weekend prior to Thanksgiving.
Off Season:Everything Else (2 night minimum)Minimum Stays:
5 nights over Thanksgiving & Christmas/New Year
4 nights during peak leaf & summer vacation seasons, including 4th of July
3 nights over all other Holiday weekends
As a general rule, we will release for fewer than the nightly minimums for last minute stays.
Please note that we are not licensed as a hotel and therefore cannot do 1 night stays, ever.
